TrademarkBetter

TrademarkBetter was developed to provide Latin American entrepreneurs with an accessible platform to easily register their trademarks in the U.S. Working closely with an intellectual property lawyer, I helped adapt the platform to Spanish and ensured legal compliance with USPTO regulations. The platform simplifies the trademark registration process with a user-centered design, featuring step-by-step forms for entrepreneurs and an efficient management system for lawyers. I also designed a Lawyer Management Platform to streamline the process for legal professionals.

For the branding, I chose a royal blue palette for a sense of security and trust, paired with lime green as an accent to give the platform a modern, dynamic touch. The final design prioritized usability for entrepreneurs with minimal legal knowledge, offering them a seamless experience, while also catering to the needs of lawyers through a comprehensive request management dashboard. This project successfully bridges the gap between Latin American businesses and U.S. trademark registration, making the process more efficient and accessible.
